Brooklands Court has been designed to provide independent living with the assistance of a visiting scheme manager to take care of day-to-day management issues at the development. The service costs cover the management service and each resident contributes quarterly, assessed according to the size of the individual apartment or bungalow.
Reigate is an increasingly popular market town with good communications. The town has good local shopping with a Marks & Spencer, Safeway, Boots and Mimis delicatessen and many traditional stores, inns and a variety of restaurants.
There are numerous sporting and leisure clubs in the area including The Reigate Hill Golf Club, Gatton Bottom, the Reigate Health Club, and the Redhill and Reigate private golf course on Penddleton Road in Redhill. Leisure and recreation centres include Donyngs Recreation Centre, Eugene Bann indoor Tennis Centre in Redhill and Nutfield Priory Health Complex and Hotel.
There are many excellent walks nearby with both the North and South Downs just a short drive away. Close to Brooklands Court is Wray Common, one of the many open spaces in and around Reigate and to the north of Reigate is Colley Hill which is owned by The National Trust.
