One of the most important features of community life at Cote Lane is the magnificent chapel, with which many residents are involved. A resident chaplain is on hand to provide spiritual support to all residents, regardless of faith. Access to the various buildings is controlled by electronic key fob, and the whole site is regularly patrolled by the porter/security team. CCTV is also in operation 24-hours a day.

Cote Lane is located within a convenient distance of both Henleaze and Westbury-on-Trym each with an excellent selection of shops, banks and restaurants. There are also several local libraries and churches in the surrounding area.
