When completed Durrants Village will be found on the outskirts of Horsham within easy reach of local attractions such as country parks, golf courses and beautiful gardens open to the public.

Horsham is an old market town first recorded in the 10th century and situated on the River Arun about 30 miles south of London. Its name is thought to derive from 'Horsa's Ham' or possibly 'Horse Ham' meaning a settlement where horses were kept. For many years the town has had connections with the brewing industry and also well known for brick manufacture.

Faygate is just off the A264 about four miles northeast of Horsham and within easy access of Junction 11 of the M23 and Gatwick Airport. Faygate has its own railway station with links to London (Victoria) and (London Bridge) A minibus service from Faygate to Horsham will also be available in the future.
