In addition to the above rental costs a community fee is payable of £469.81 per month, plus an additional person rate of £83.43 per month. These rates are reviewed annually on 1st April. The community fee covers the building maintenance costs, water supply, gas, 24 hour emergency response service and includes a contribution to the reserve fund for major repairs. Other optional services (such as laundry and hospital escorts) are available. These are charged separately as used.
