The development is approached by a country road less than three miles from Horsham.

The historic market town of Horsham has an excellent range of shopping facilities in addition to an arts centre with a theatre and cinema. Bluecoat Pond is easily accessible by road via the A23/A24 and M23/M25 and within a short walk is Christ’s Hospital rail station. The local bus service to Horsham runs past Bluecoat Pond and the bus stop is directly outside the development.

By special arrangement with Christ’s Hospital School, Bluecoat Pond residents may attend events at the school (i.e. Chapel Services, music and drama events, daily Band Parade) and may also walk around the outer campus for enjoyment and exercise.

Christ‘s Hospital lies just south of Horsham off the A24 and less than three miles from the town. Billingshurst is about six miles and Cuckfield 15 miles. The M23 at Crawley is about ten miles. Fast trains from Christ's Hospital to London (London Bridge) take about an hour.
